There are three different types of Part D prescription drug plans that Humana offers in Florida. These plans manage the cost of prescription medications.

1. Humana Walmart Value Rx Plan

Humana has partnered with Walmart, Walmart Neighbourhood Markets, and Sam’s Club pharmacies to provide this plan, utilizing these pharmacies as the preferred cost-sharing partners.
Its preferred standalone Medicare Part D pharmacy network also includes Kroger Health and its pharmacy subsidiaries, as well as Costco, Publix and HEB, as in-network for Humana’s Medicare prescription drug members.   • $445 annual deductible on Tiers 3 through 5 medications
  • In-store copays as low as $1 on a 30-day supply of certain generic drugs at Walmart, Walmart
  • Neighborhood Markets, and Sam’s Club
  • Copays as low as $3 on a 90-day supply of tier 1 preferred generics through Humana’s mail-delivery pharmacy
  • More than 3,500 medications on the plan’s list of covered drugs

It is important to note before enrolling in the Humana Walmart Value Rx Plan that you live or have access to a local Walmart that contains a pharmacy. You are not completely confined to participating pharmacies when utilizing this plan, however, the discounts might not apply elsewhere.

2. Humana Premier Rx Plan

Similar to the Humana Walmart Value Rx Plan, the Humana Premier Rx Plan also utilizes Walmart as its preferred cost-sharing partner. Even though this plan has a higher premium than the Walmart Rx Plan, below are the benefits this plan provides:

3. Humana Basic Rx Plan

Contrary to the above plans, the Humana Basic Rx Plan lets you pick your preferred pharmacy, provided that it is within the network. This plan’s premium varies widely, depending on your state, but offers the below benefits:
